Method of estimation of characteristics of terahertz radars meant for detection of ground objects

Abstract. The method and demands of radars systems for discovering grounds objects (man, car) at wave lengths 1,3 mm, 0,98 mm, 0,83 mm were investigated. Such radars were perspective of protection of passive and active systems with bad optical visibilities.
