Abstract:  In this paper we propose a method for compensating for the effect of unknown side-lobe distorting the apparatus function on the radio image quality restoration. Knowledge of the amplitude spectrum of the main lobe of the apparatus function is used to assess its contribution to the spectrum of the image.
