Abstract. Autocorrelation noise communication system with spectrum modulation of antipodal continuous noise signals is proposed. Noise interference affect for perfect incoherence and partial coherence is studied in the process of a data modulation.  Correlation receiver output is calculated for a data transmission through an additive Gaussian white noise channel.

Keywords: noise communications, spread spectrum, continuous noise signals, interference, spectrum modulation, correlation methods, statistic evaluation.
