Abstarct. The aim of the article is to study the passenger flow using the simulation environment AnyLogic at a typical metro station in order to find the bottlenecks and using various additional services by passengers provide in the subway. The previous paper has already presented the results of the study of passenger traffic in AnyLogic simulation environment. The model proposed in this article describes the scheme based on data obtained at the real metro station, in which some passengers have to buy tickets, while all departing passengers must pass through turnstiles and metal detector, and only a small part of passengers use additional services, for example, withdraws money from an ATM or activate a "Troika" card from a special device in a metro station. Then all the passengers are sent to another level of service - to the trains, while the entire passenger traffic receives a delay on the escalator. The model also takes into account the outgoing passenger traffic that does not use additional services. However, the traffic of incoming and outgoing passenger traffic can be mixed interfering with each other. Similar model can be used and for other objects of transport infrastructure stations, airports, sea ports, bus terminals and etc.
