Abstract. The instrument function of two-element 
correlated radiometer with an unfilled aperture was calculated and constructed. 
Experimental investigations were carried out and antenna patterns were measured under 
different external conditions. Developed mathematical model has good coincidence 
with experimental results. The reasons influencing on the accuracy of 
two-element radiometer directional pattern measurement are 
discussed.
