VECTORIAL STRUCTURE OF RADIATION WHICH WAS REFLEX BY FOREST COVER OF THE EARTH

The singularities of reflection for two orthogonal polarizations waves from a forest coverage of the Earth are explored. On this basis the method of definition of physical properties and medial height of a forest is offered. It is supposed to apply to measuring values of reflectivity by using a vectorial antenna that have possibility of measuring all six components of an electromagnetic field in one point.
