The setup for research the phenomena of giant
magnetoimpedance in thin films and microwires was developed. The proceses of
measuring, processing and imaging of the results are automated. The ranges and
steps of the magnetic field, frequency and amplitude of current through the
sample, a number of other parameters are specify in the experiment. The setup
allows to research the magnetoimpedance material properties in the frequency
range up to 1 GHz in the temperature range from -70 ° C to 180 ° C.
