UHF electron chaotic radio-impulse generators

Abstract: This work presents schemes and basic characteristics of UHF generators of radio-impulses for chaotic signal communication systems based on klystron with 30MHz band up to 5 W power and TWT with 3GHz band up to 23 W power.
