Abstract. In this paper I propose an approach to the development of national systems for radar identification (SRLO) of objects of special purpose in previously non-traditional for this field direction, which is based on the complex use of distributed in the space information sources of different physical nature and application of approaches for complex information processing, based on the methods of theories of images recognition systems and artificial intelligence systems.
