Cloud technologies and interoperability of health information systems

Abstract. The problems of interoperability and standardization in e-health  with cloud technologies are discussed. On the one hand popularization of cloud technologies increased rapidly, on the other hand electronic health records contain a lot of private data. This article is motivated by two research questions. Do we have a sufficient number of e-health standards for clouds? Are we ready to provide safety exchange of health data?
