Abstract. Influence of errors of realization of phase distributions of radiating currents on efficiency of focused field formation in microwave technologies is investigated in paper. Quantitative estimates were obtained to assess the decrease of antenna directivity and the degree of electromagnetic field defocusing depending on the value of mean square deviation and the depth of the focus point location. As media in which the electromagnetic field was formed, the free space and wet loam were investigated in the work.
