Formation of the IEEE RussiaN SiberiaN Section

In the paper, formation of the Russia Siberia Section of the IEEE and it’s activity, Chapters and events are described. The general problems of cooperation of scientists and students with IEEE are given. Some achieved results are considered. It is shown that specialists need the IEEE membership for effective professional communications, obtaining the modern information, attraction students and post-graduate students to modern R&D and receiving on this basis a high quality of researches.
