Abstract. The formalism of projective morphology of the information is described, allowing from uniform positions to describe and develop base aspects of information of high school educational process according to the instruction of educational standards of the higher vocational training. Algebraic bases of a projective formalism are considered. Schemes of morphological decomposition of the instruction on information on structural basis of its primitive things or on basis of resource primitive things interoperable infrastructures are defined. Methods of construction of projective vector space of decomposition of instructions on the information are stated, allowing as much as possible to improve efficiency of process of structural comparison of the instruction and its projection on set of infrastructures.
