CONVERGENT ARCHITECTURES AND CLOUDS IN MODERN MEDICAL INFORMATICS

Abstract.  In the article, a new sophisticated approach in the field of information and telecommunication technologies - convergent architecture, which includes the virtualization of resources and cloud computing is considered. It is shown that the approach has the versatility, scalability, high speed deployment, provides great benefits for both service providers and end users. The applicability and benefits of the approach in the field of medical Informatics are discussed.
