Results of a 
computer design of  multi-channel cluster radiator on the base of array of 
unequal coupled waveguides inside EBG structure are presented. Numerical 
modeling of a scattering matrix is executed by a method of finite elements. 
Amplitude and phase distributions in output aperture are calculated via S-matrix 
coefficients. Radiation patterns and their dependences on parameters of array 
and frequency are investigated by the Kirhgoff method. The sample of cluster 
radiator is fabricated. Radiation patterns of the sample are measured at three 
frequencies. Comparison of results of numerical modeling and data of physical 
experiment is presented.
