Abstract.  Analytical review is prepared with RFBR support (grant 11-07-11000-àíî) and contain the results of researches fulfilled during 2006-2010 years. Common analyze of “interoperability problem” is carried out, the most actual tasks of problem decision are considered. The problematic and the most important basic and practical results in Russia, mainly obtained within the limits of RFBR grants, are presented.
