Abstract. On the basis of a fast progress in the development of new radiology systems for the needs of healthcare, and the development of new integrated medical information technologies some new developments in the field of integrated computerized medical systems (EMS) are considered.  Some directions in the development of EMS in the near future in connection with the rapid development of cloud technologies and capabilities that the last ones open for new systems of medical informatics are discussed.
