Abstract.
In the review [1] there have been a number of problems arising in the design
and development of integrated health systems. Nowadays, with the rapid
development of technologies in medical Informatics are complex standards, which
should be linked to other documents - lists, thesauri, ontologies, and other
significant extent it concerns the internationalization (localization) of the
systems and their output. This article discusses some urgent problems.
