Abstract. In this article described the problem of measurement of star image with subpixel accuracy for space-based Star tracker. The cross-correlation function method and most usable The Center of gravity method were considered. New method of analytical measurement has been suggested. This method do not require big calculations and step of image processing less than one pixel. Comparative analysis of described methods was performed.
