GENERATION OF STOCHASTIC SIGNALS IN MICROSTRIP ANTENNAS
INTEGRATED WITH FIELD-EFFECT TRANSISTORS

Abstract. The possibility of noise radiation source development based on microstrip log-periodic antennas integrated with field-effect transistor is investigated. Opportunities for spectrum characteristics tuning, power combining and widening the radiation spectrum of the oscillators are experimentally studied at frequency range 5-7 GHz.
