HYBRID SIMULATION OF A MULTILAYER

FOUR-PORT PATCH ANTENNA

WITH CIRCULAR POLARIZATION

Abstract. The satellite antenna array, consisting of two transmitting and two receiving antennas, is calculated and optimized using the finite element method in the HFSS ANSYS electrodynamic modeling system. The modeling of the patch antennas was performed using methods for reducing the size and decreasing the resonant frequencies. This was done by creating complex slot cuts on the surface of the patch antennas. Using asymptotic calculation methods, the characteristics of the antenna system were calculated taking into account the spacecraft body.
