Abstract. Single crystals of a solid solution (Cd1-x-yZnxMny)3As2 (x + y = 0.4; y = 0.04) were obtained by the modified Bridgmen method Dirac semimetals Cd3As2. All experimental samples (Cd0.6Zn0.36Mn0.04)3As2 had a tetragonal crystal structure (α''-Cd3As2), spatial group P42/nmc, at room temperature. The Shubnikov-de-Haas oscillations were measured at temperature of 4.5 K and 8 K in magnetic fields up to 3 T. For the studied singlet crystals (Cd0.6Zn0.36Mn0.04)3As2, using the Lifshits-Onsager ratio [1, 2] and the determination of fundamental frequencies from Fourier analysis, 3D and 2D parameters were determined. The conservation of the magnitude of the wave vector kF = 0.1 nm-1 has been established with differences in the cyclotron masses of mc(0)/m0 charge carriers in different single (Cd1-õ-yZnxMny)3As2 of the same composition (x + y = 0.4; y = 0.04), this feature demonstrates the preservation of topological properties with a change in the cyclotron mass mc(0)/m0 .
Key words: Shubnikov-de Haase effect, Dirac fermions, cadmium arsenide, Dirac/Weyl semimetals.
