Abstract. Theoretically we consider the influence of the relative longitudinal displacement (RLD) of ferromagnetics of planar structure with a gap on the propagation of slot-hole magnetoelastic waves. The analysis of the transformation of magnetoelastic waves in the gap structure and the spectral features of modes for small velocities of the relative displacement (much less than sound) and for different values of the gap thickness is carried out. Results of researches can be a theoretical basis for development of systems of monitoring of devices in which moving of details is the basis for functioning.

Keywords: magnetoelastic surface waves, slot-hole waves, magnetostriction, relativity of moving, wave dispersion, symmetric and antisymmetric modes.
