Abstract. This paper presents a theoretical study of a cavity-backed circularly polarized slot antenna, designed for applications requiring high-quality polarization characteristics across a wide solid angle. The analysis covers radiation patterns, polarization properties, and impedance matching across the operating frequency range. The proposed antenna demonstrates advantages in terms of compact size, ease of fabrication, and achievable performance characteristics.
