Abstract. The results of developing the method and the small-sized stand for express studies of two-photon luminescence of porphyrins are presented. The stand includes a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 810 nm for excitation of two-photon luminescence (TPL) of porphyrins in the spectral range of 600-750 nm. The intensity of the light wave in the cuvette with a porphyrin solution (~1 ml) reached values of 106 W/cm2. A small-sized FSD-10 type minispectrometer with maximum sensitivity in the spectral range of 500-800 nm was used to receive a small TPL signal. The stand was tested in studying the TPL spectrum of 2,4-di(α-methoxyethyl)deuteroporphyrin IX. The developed stand can be used to carry out quite a lot of qualitative express studies of porphyrin samples TPL to evaluate the application of porphyrins in biomedical photonics processes. Comparative assessments of porphyrins TPL spectra before and after various modifications of their structure are carried out in order to select the optimal option for further porphyrin use in various tasks of biomedical photonics, including photodynamic therapy and photodiagnostics.

Key words: 2,4-di(α-methoxyethyl)deuteroporphyrin IX, two-photon absorption, photodynamic therapy, two-photon luminescence, photodiagnostics.

Financing: The work was carried out within the framework of the Kotelnikov Institute of Radioelectronics RAS state assignment No. FFWZ-2025-0013.
