The investigation of non-uniformity of field of modulation frequency in the ray of semiconductor laser is important for optical devices building such as optical ranging systems and lidars because the calibration of these devices is based upon comparison phases of modulation frequency near and far from device. The experiments showed, that near-field of laser radiation had large non-uniformity, which may be 200 degrees in phase and 30% in amplitude. In paper are done probable reasons of large non-uniformity of laser field and methods of reduction one.
