Ways of evolution of near radar-location systems in millimetric waveband

In the article, tendencies of development of onboard near radar-location systems are considered. Results of the comparative analysis of their noise stability in various frequency ranges are depicted. Technological aspects of their perspective design, functioning in 53…60 GHz range are considered. Conclusions are made on the further ways of perfection of the devices and its technology.
