Digital method of time-frequency transformation of radar signals

Abstract. A universal digital method of time-frequency transformation of signals, implemented using cosine transform, is proposed. An example is considered.

Key words: simple and complex signals, Fourier transformations, time-frequency parameters of radar signals.
