Abstract. The purpose of this work is to consider one of the methods for improving the energy characteristics between First Person View system and operator. Frequency range is from 5.6 GHz to 6 GHz. To achieve this goal, an analysis of existing solutions, generalization of the material, simulation of combiner, experiment to increase power, measurement of the developed device parameters, comparison of the results, were undertook. This article presents mathematical and software methods for UHF device calculations, which were used to obtain characteristics. There are three graphs of simulation results and three graphs of experiment results. As a results processing, made conclusions of energy characteristics increasement by usage of described method.

Key words: unmanned aerial vehicles, improvement of energy characteristics, microwave modeling, microstrip transmission lines, vector analysis.
