Nonlinear distortion arising from the restoration of high-frequency optical excitation

Abstract. In the article the theoretical study of the nonlinear distortion of the restored high frequency optical signal is presented. Calculations are made for photodetectors with different laws of recombination. The conditions under which nonlinear distortion is small are found.
