Abstract. The low-noise amplifier is an important part of the antenna system. The article presents the results of the development and experimental study of a low-noise radio circuit of the antenna system for receiving signals of modern GNSS (L1/L2/L5, G1/G2/G3, E1/E5ab/E6, B1/B2/B3), including SBAS, OmniSTAR and CDGPS services. The developed circuit provides a low noise figure (no more than 1.6 dB) and a high gain (40 dB). A comparison with the commercial Taoglas TFM.110A module was carried out, which confirmed the advantages of the developed solution in terms of noise and gain. The study includes: optimization of noise characteristics, development of a structural diagram and experimental verification of the radio path characteristics.
Key words: GNSS, radio path, low-noise amplifier, multi-band antenna system, noise figure.
