Abstract: The work deals with the analysis
and synthesis of devices evaluation
of the signal / noise ratio, based on the analysis of the phase
fluctuations of the additive mixture,
applied to various radio and instrumentation systems. The methods used
are based on the analysis of the probability characteristics of phase
fluctuations and the period investigated
signals.
