Some system issues in the context of modern medical systems architectures

Abstract. The problems associated with the development of information systems, as well as integration on the basis of their medical facilities in various fields. Some problems related to the architecture of systems, the risks and problems of implementation are discussed.  The importance of the use of approaches based on open systems and architectures are emphasized.
