Abstract. In the article, the
results of studies of EM waves interaction with conductive objects the radar
scenes, are considered. Some peculiarities of secondary emission of radio waves
by the objects in absorbtion resonances studies at decimeter, centimeter and
millimeter wavelengths are investigated. A polarization scattering matrix model
of an object with statistically rough surface is proposed. In conclusion, some
methods of radar signal processing at different interfering noise levels are discussed.
