Abstract
– Relativistic effects of surface electromagnetic
TM-wave propagation along the layer of isotropic
collisionless
plasmas with transversal moving in vacuum are
discussed. In laboratory system of reference is shown that surface wave together
with Doppler
frequency increment undergoes turn of a wave normal aside layer motion. It is
established that due to linear relativistic contributions of electric and
magnetic fields in longitudinal plasma polarizability to the frequency cutoff of
spectrum in a laboratory system of reference is added
bottom spectrum
cutoff on the wave
number, which together are interpreted as an
expression of
relativistic coupling of space-time continuum.
