Abstract:
The aim of this work is to study the impact of interference occurring before
the imaging by the optical system on the quality of the image, reconstructed
by the reference image. The types of distortions are researched, which are
located on the spatial spectrum of the image in a few limited areas and do not
cover the whole of its area. Such interference can be both atmospheric
phenomena (rain , snow, inhomogeneity of the atmosphere) and the features of
the observed object (mainly oriented or recurrent elements of the image).
Key words: radio
images, noise, statistical characteristics of the spectra, spatial
resolution.
