Abstract:
We investigated the tunneling structure Al/δ-GaAs
with a strong disorder in two-dimensional electron system of the δ-layer.
In some structures due to the diamagnetic shift of the levels we archived changing
of the shape of the phonon lines and conditions close to the resonant polaron
state. It is shown that in the latter case, this can lead to a nonmonotonic
dependence of the tunneling density of states at the Fermi level on the
magnetic field.
