Abstract:
Integration of active device with microstrip antenna
without intermediate feeders can significantly improve the weight and size
characteristics of the solid-state sources of electromagnetic radiation in the
microwave range. Nonlinear dynamics of microstrip active integrated antenna in the
single-frequency, multi-frequency and chaotic regimes are studied in this work.
Electromagnetic chaotic oscillations with a continuous spectrum in the
frequency range from 6.4 to 6.6 GHz are experimentally observed.
