Abstract. A review of known time-frequency estimation
methods is presented. We consider
a fast time-frequency estimation algorithm of
single-tone complex signal. The results
of the simulation algorithm are
presented, the comparison with the
Short-time Fourier transform and Cramer-Rao lower bound is carried out for chirp signal parameters estimation.
