Abstract.
Metal-jumper (MP) is the
result of polar dependent electro migration in silicon (PDEM. It is possible
to change the thickness of the MP by the the influence of specially shaped
pulses. The resistive memory matrix (RMM) and the switching matrix (SM) can be
made on the basis of the MP. In turn the new device: programmable logic -
reprogrammable homogeneous computing structure based on PDEM can be created on
the basis of RMM and SM.
