Abstract.
Measurements of effective scattering surface by the method of time-and-frequency
transformation is considered. Measurements can be carried out in usual
production areas without radio
absorbing covers. Data about the angle and
spectrum characteristics of scattering, coordinates and characteristics of local
scattering centers are formed after the processing of measuring results.
Examples of scattering characteristics confirm low requirements to the anechoic
level and high information density of the method.
