On GPS measurements of total amount of precipitable water in atmosphere

Abstract: It is shown, that existing
methods of GPS measurements of total amount of precipitable water doesn’t
accounted for regularities of variation of low clouds optical depth depending
on latitude. The formulas for calculation of total amount of precipitable water
during GPS measurements in condition of low clouds prevalence in dependence of
latitude are given.
