Mode structure of organic light emitting diodes planar structures

Abstract. We propose an algorithm of propagating mode constants calculation
in organic light-emitting diodes (OLED). On the basis of numerical simulation
of characteristic OLED structures it is demonstrated that introduction of a
scattering layer between a transparent electrode and a substrate would allow
efficiently scattering the power guided in TE modes.
