Abstract. Influence of meteoconditions,
particularly wind speed, on parameters of signal reflected by sea surface in
the case of low-height target radar sounding is studied using mathematical
modeling. Basic formulae for calculation of intensity of the passive interference
caused by reflection from excited sea surface for various meteoconditions are
presented.
Key words:
low-height radar target,
meteoconditions, passive interference, sea return.
