Turbulence, which appears with the propagation of the waves of excitation on the nervous and vascular bed, determines the spectral characteristics of signals. Solitons, as natural structural element, it is the convenient tool of structural analysis. The soliton models of processes make it possible to obtain adequate description and identification of the state of such systems as the conducting, muscular and circulatory systems of heart.
