Abstract. There have been obtained and researched probabilistic
characteristics of non- Gaussian signal parameters in the presence of non-
Gaussian disturbance. The models can be used for statistical description of
signals with a deeper nature of amplitude fluctuation comparing to that of a
Rayleigh model.
