Abstract (in English)
With the development of receiving equipment and SBAS constellation the dual frerquency L1 and L5 transmissions compatible with GPS signals are now available from a number of geostationary satellites. These signals can be used for ionospheric TEC measuremets by the analogy with GPS/GLONASS signals. In this work we present the results of the estimations of geostationary TEC variations at the mid-latittude receiving station in Moscow, comparison with ionosondes data as well as wavelet spectra of TEC variations with typical periodical components. We also demonstrate the possibilities of SBAS TEC studies in connection with Solar flares.
