About the Journal

The project of this journal has been worked out in the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of Russian Academy of Science. It is financially supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Research (grants 98-07-90141 and 01-07-90371). Articles are available free of charge.

Journal is registered in State Commitee on Communication as electronic edition (registration number is 0329900054) and as electronic scientific edition for 2010.

In 2010 Journal is included in the List of leading reviewed scientific periodicals, in which basic scientific results of dissertations must be published. This List is formed by the Higher certifying commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation.

The aim of electronic journal project is to provide maximum fast publication of scientific articles, possibility to discuss them and to exchange views on scientific problems of current interest within the context of journal topics. We hope that journal will help establish new contacts while nurturing existing ones among scientific teams both in CIS and in other countries.

Editorial board of the journal consists of distinguished scientists from leading research centres of Russia and CIS.
