Abstract. The possibility of application of three-stepped resistive net method for investigating of graphene containing shungite electric conductivity by data of raster electron microscopy method is investigated. For local description of carbon distribution on the card which is found by electron microscopy method it is proposed the structure discretization of this card. It is proposed two methods of discretized card cell structure investigation – manual and machine. It is found that the harmony degree between manual and machine analysis is about 57 %. For the valuing of card electric parameters the three-stepped resistive net method was proposed. It is described the resistive net construction with following its rolling up with the assistance of Frank-Lobb algorithm. For application of resistive net method the initial card was divided to four partial cards with following its figurezation. From the comparison of partial cards it was found that the harmony degree between manual and machine analysis is about 70 %. It is proposed some recommendations for further development of investigations.
