IN MODERN RADIO ENGINEERING AND ELECTRONICS: THE CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT

The basic results of theoretical and
experimental research on fractal theory and applications fulfilled by the author
and his colleagues in the IRE RAS since 1980-s are discussed and short
systematised. It is shown that fractals, fractional operators and scaling are
important research tool and well adapted both to practice, and to abstract
designs of modern mathematics.
